This week’s tip is exclusively for the Mac gals out there…which is a growing population.
After you get settled in to the basics of using your new Mac, it’s time to dig a bit deeper and discover some truly cool stuff like Exposé. None of the descriptions I’ve seen for this feature nearly do it justice. It’s really a ‘try it and see for yourself’ type of thing. So follow these instructions and see for yourself a tool you’ll wonder how you ever lived without!
- Open 3-5 files and applications, in any combination. The number of items is what’s important here, not what you open.
- Once they’re open, tap F3 on an apple keyboard or Function+F9 on a MacBook.
Cool, eh?. Simply click any of these windows to focus on that item.
This is a truly cool feature when you’re work involves multiple files or applications. Moving back and forth has never been easier!
