Conferences are an essential part of the ministry of PWOCI and are invaluable in accomplishing several critical aspects of this ministry:

• Conferences meet all four Aims of PWOCI in one setting through the wide array of workshops, speakers and resources, providing spiritual development and training opportunities for women.
• Conferences help participants and leaders see the big picture of where God is currently working in this worldwide ministry.
• Conferences provide participants and leaders, often from remote locations, with the opportunity to connect and interact with other participants and leaders in this global ministry.
• Conferences are the exclusive setting for leadership selection teams to meet with, interview and prayerfully select the slate of officers to lead the international and regional levels of PWOCI.

PWOC International sponsors the PWOC International Conference in the even numbered years.

The PWOCI Regions sponsor conferences in the odd numbered years.

All participants in PWOC are highly encouraged to attend conferences. It is recommended that Local PWOCs budget a dollar amount to help at least some of their board members attend conferences.
